SHIPPING

  • Where does BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM deliver?
  • BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM delivers in the European Union, United States, Japan and Switzerland. We are able to ship to most countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means all Import Duties / Customs Taxes and local Sales taxes are calculated and included within the purchase price. We are also able to ship to many other countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We will seek confirmation from you in all cases prior to dispatching a DDU shipment to make sure you are aware of the DDU policy. BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM does not ship to PO boxes.

  • What are the delivery costs and shipping times?
  • All deliveries are shipped by UPS, with the exception of our messenger service for Paris. If placing an order for Paris, your parcel will be delivered the same day by our messenger service if the order is placed before 2 pm.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • How can I return or exchange a product ordered on BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM?
  • You can return an item purchased from www.bonpoint-boutique.com up to seven days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt. We offer free returns for Paris, France and the EU, however if you have made your purchase from outside of these countries then the cost of the return is at your expense.

    If you wish to return an item you simply need to log-in to your bonpoint-boutique.com account. Next go to go to the “Your orders” part of the “Your account” section where you will be able to see your order history. Then click on “Manage my return” and select whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

    Your request will be sent to our Customer Services department where it will be validated. The goods must then be returned within the following seven days after your request has been validated. Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email.

  • The perfume by Bonpoint is alcohol free. The ingrédients are water, fragance,polyaminopropryl biguanine, PPG-26-BUTETH-26, hydrogenated castor oil, disodium edta, bht, tris (tetramethylhydroxypiperidinol) citral, citral, citronellol,geraniol, limone, linalool.

  • How do I look after my Bonpoint clothes?
  • The care label provides information of how to look after your Bonpoint clothes. However, if in doubt you can always contact our Customer Service department.

  • Can I buy the shoes that are on the models?
  • At the moment, we do not sell shoes on the Bonpoint online boutique however they are available in our stores.

  • Which sizes are available on BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM?
  • BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM has sizes from birth - 10 years old. If you are looking for an alternative size, please visit one of our stores.
