• Rapid Delivery UPS

• BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM delivers in the European Union, United States, Japan and Switzerland. All deliveries are dealt with by our carrier UPS, with the exception of our messenger service for Paris. For Paris, your parcel will be delivered the same day by our messenger service when your order is placed before 2 pm.

  Delivery lead-times will vary depending on the area:

  - Paris: 2 to 24 hours by messenger when you place your order before 2 pm. Otherwise, goods are delivered the following day.

  - Rest of France : 1 to 2 working days by UPS

  - European Union : 2 to 3 working days by UPS

  - United States, Japan and Switzerland: 2 to 5 working days by UPS

• Packaging

• Each Bonpoint order is prepared with the boutique’s own special wrapping (box and branded tissue paper, scented with Eau de Bonpoint). With a free exchange and return service, BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM is the ideal website for purchasing goods for yourself or for making gifts.

• Returns and Exchanges

• You can return all products ordered on BONPOINT-BOUTIQUE.COM within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns are FREE for all EU countries. For non EU countries, return charges are to be paid by the customer.
